Front desk personnel and/or receptionist are the first person that a customer encounters upon entry into your organization, so it is essential to present the most positive image possible. Front desk corporate image does dramatically impact a customer’s perception of an organisation’s employees in terms of the skills, etiquette and overall performance. This workshop is to enhance and equip the front desk personnel on how to carry their corporate image successfully.

All receptionists, front line personnel and relief receptionists who are required to create a more productive front office for their working team, and to manage their guest more efficiently and effectively.
This is 2-days programme.
This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
