As English still stands as a common international language, therefore being able to communicate professionally and proficiently with the language does give credibility for positive personal, professional and corporate image. The key to business communication is not merely about transmitting a message and be done with our work. We speak and write seeking the understanding and “buy in” of the recipient without triggering the 3Ms: misunderstanding, misinterpretation and misrepresentation.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
