Assessment is a critical element of the training process particularly in organisations that require compliance with regulatory standards. For industrial-vocational trainers, conducting assessment requires the mastery of a unique set of assessment competencies.
In this one-day workshop, the participants will develop the basic assessment competencies, learn the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective assessment.
The selection of the correct person for a position is crucial – not only so that they meet the requirements of the job and have the necessary skills but also because the person needs to fit with your team and organizational culture. Choosing the wrong candidate for the job is costly in terms of training and reduced morale and productivity within a team. The costs and time involved in dismissing this person is extensive.
