Logical thinking skills are vital for today’s information-rich, speed-driven organisations. These skills are necessary for filtering the important from the trivial, distinguishing facts from opinions, discernment of patterns and soundness of reasons, all key components for more informed decision-making and for generation of solutions.
On the other hand, interpersonal communication skills allow the workers and team members to establish a common platform for making sound decisions, resolving conflict, and thus minimising damages when a mistake does occur.
