This course will help participants understand total quality concept and techniques for managing, controlling, and improving quality. This course exposes participants to contemporary knowledge and techniques of TQM. This would in turn enable the participant to articulate and implement quality improvement processes in the workplace, in line with the philosophy of Total Quality Management.

The course is designed for individuals, managers, supervisors and all those who are engaged in quality models, awards, ISO and TQM implementation as well as improving organizational performance.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
