Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is a structured methodology of advance planning for new or modified product from the early stage of product feasibility study till mass production.
The timeline of product quality planning from customer input, product design, process design and mass production is well structure and well plan. It focuses on the utilization of various techniques to identify and resolve problems before a product goes into full production.
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a process of identifying the customer requirement, to ensure the manufacturing processes have the potential to produce parts that meet the customer’s requirements during actual production. To compile the necessary production data for submission to customer as evidence of capability and compliances.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
