Mistakes happen in almost every organization. However, people involved usually compromise by saying it was inadvertent. The management accepts and it becomes a norm. Poke-Yoke or mistake proofing is a technique used to prevent mistakes from happening. The processes in the organization are carefully analyzed to determine where possible mistakes can happen and then methods are devised to prevent these mistakes from happening.
On completion of this two days course, the participants will be able to:
