Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to assist clients in implementing management systems
- Conduct training and deliver presentation
- Manage project to meet project timescale and contract requirements
- To develop, customise and enhance training courses
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or Science discipline with at least 3 years working experience
- Hands on experience in establishing and implementing ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Management System
- Dynamic, confident, independent, analytical, strong leadership and interpersonal skills in handling projects and training
- Possess excellent communication skill and able to write and read in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin

Requirements
- Environmental Science / Agriculture / Forestry or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in certification, palm oil industries is an added advantage
- Possess excellent communication skill and able to write and read in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Contacting New and Existing customer from database
- Call prospect to explain / promote about services and to arrange for appointment with client
- Coordinate pre and post workshop / marketing activity (eg. send invitation and follow up)
- Maintaining database by entering, verifying and backing up data following policies and procedures
Requirements
- SPM / O Level / Higher Secondary / STPM / A Level / Pre-U Professional Certificate at any field
- Preferably non Executives / Entry level specializing in Telemarketing / Customer Service Role or equivalent
- Self motivated with initiative and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good team player

- Manage enquiries, ensuring all emails and calls are responded promptly and professionally
- Social media posting & engagement
- Understand the products and provide the best solution to the clients
- To support the Marketing Manager to formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote our product and services
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill, resourceful, highly motivated and team leader and player where roles are applicable
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
