The strategic development of talent means the development of people so that they are ready to be placed in the right places to do the right things and at the right times to help the organization achieve its right goals as identified in strategic plans. Hence, there is a real urgency to hire the right talent with the right competencies and right values that will enable organization to achieve the following outcomes:

This workshop is directed at all managers and executives involved in managing the talent of the organizational and need to know how to adopt a competency model to achieve the objective.
This is a 7 hours Remote Online Learning Programme (e-Training)
This course runs from 9:00am – 12:30pm each day with periodic short breaks. This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible.
