Basic principles, such as knowing to use an adhesive bandage or applying direct pressure on a bleed, are often acquired passively through life experiences. However, to provide effective, life-saving first aid interventions requires instruction and practical training.
This course has been developed for persons who wish to gain the basic knowledge required to deliver First Aid. It’s a useful learning program for certified first aid personnel and public members to gain First Aid knowledge.

This course is designed for first aiders and safety & health committee members or anyone who is responsible for the care taking of the Occupational Safety & Health Management System for the company.
This is 1-day programme.
This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
