These is 1-day program designed for participants who involve in operating, technical or maintenance for machineries at the workplace. The program is aimed at helping participants understand the legal requirements of handling, maintenance and managing machine at work place. Participants will learn to identify trouble shooting and how to handle it immediate appropriately. In addition, participants will go through identity of maintenance checklist and principles of emergency response during an incident. The emphasis throughout the training is on detailed presentations, video show followed by individual exercises, group work and interactive discussion.
After completion of the course, participants will be able to learn:
Machinery risk assessment
Mechanical and Non-Mechanical Hazards
How to plan journey
How to identify common protective devices on Machines
How to keep track control of machine
Production Executives, Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
