Information Technology Service Management Systems – ITSMS certification scheme is based on the ISO 20000:2011 standard. The scheme is aimed at improving IT service management and describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.
This training will provide you:
Basic overview of the ISO20000 standard
An understanding of the ISO20000 Standard
Knowledge of the basic implementation concepts of ISO20000
Fundamentals of Quality Management Systems
Service Delivery Processes
The course is aimed at all levels within the Organization who want to attain knowledge of basic implementation concepts of ISO 20000. It is advisable that The delegates would have at least a basic Understanding of the principles of IT Service Management and a basic understanding of ITIL.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
