The MSPO was developed at the request of the Malaysian oil palm industry which is in need of a fair sustainability certification scheme to enhance market access.
MSPO contains 7 principles covering Management commitment and responsibility; transparency; compliance to legal requirements; environment, natural resources, biodiversity and ecosystem; best practices; and development of new planting.

- To have a basic understanding of Environmental Quality Act and Occupational Safety & Health Related Legislation.
- Able to identify the Legislation and related regulations that applies to their organization

This is 2-days programme.
This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
