To add further commotion to the already-buzy office, documents filed but cannot find and you found 2 files opened for same project! Without proper Filing and Record Management, it can become huge expenses on resources, time, emotions and productivity for the employer and it is definitely detrimental to any employee who did not manage this task well.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
