Papers, drawing plans, letters….they are everywhere. “What is it for, Who to keep what, Where to file what, what must keep, what can be thrown away and how to file” are some common questions to the administrative staff. To add further commotion to the already-buzy office, documents filed but cannot find and you found 2 files opened for same project! Without proper Filing and Record Management, it can become huge expenses on resources, time, emotions and productivity for the employer and it is definitely detrimental to any employee who did not manage this task well.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
