Executives are required to be proficient in both leadership and supervisory skills so that they can draw excellence out of their subordinates in order to achieve organizational, departmental and individual goals.
This course is designed to give executives that ‘winning edge’ by providing executives with a greater understanding of leadership and managerial principles and practices. It will help them be better communicators in order to be more proficient in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
