The 5S Internal Auditor Training is a focused 1-day program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively audit and sustain the 5S system in the workplace. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, this course helps internal auditors identify areas of improvement, enforce workplace standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of each of the 5S pillars—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—and learn how to evaluate their implementation using structured checklists and scoring methods. The training includes hands-on activities such as mock audits or audit simulations, allowing learners to apply concepts in real or simulated environments.
By the end of the training, attendees will be able to confidently carry out internal 5S audits, report findings clearly, and contribute to effective follow-up actions. This program is ideal for 5S coordinators, team leaders, supervisors, and anyone responsible for maintaining workplace organization and efficiency through structured auditing practices.

This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
