Begin with the end in mind. Training evaluation and training design starts with the results to be achieved. Training and development, though is widely adopted and implemented in many organizations, has not directly tied itself to business results that matter to clients and customers.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
