In this 2-day workshop, we shall explore the five essential mindsets which provide fundamentals involved to becoming effective and magnetically attractive leaders. Through practical applications, the learners gain credibility in dealing with their peers, subordinates and superiors.
Leadership is about influence. How do you attract people to you? We’ll start changing what we do daily by changing the way we think.
This workshop provides the learners an opportunity to deeply appreciate the knowledge learnt, and apply the skill in simulated scenario and at the workplace.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
