In today’s dynamic and competitive business environment, it is of paramount importance for supervisors and managers to acquire competency in effective performance appraisal and practice coaching skills during an appraisal interview, with the aim to get the most out of their pool of human capital. Given a positive emotional support environment, individuals will be able to perform at an optimal level either in a normal circumstance or during a trying time.
This two-day program is to facilitate the development of supervisors to acquire the skills in measuring performance, and the approaches to improve desire and willingness in delivering positive results.

This training resource is designed for use with managers and team leaders with staff responsibilities. It will benefit those who are new to appraisals as well as those with more experience who need to refresh their skills in appraisal feedback.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
