In today’s fast changing pace and challenging business environment, talent management has increasingly gained its attention by many business entities. Involving individual and organizational development, talent management encompasses activities in attracting the best people from the industry, sourcing, hiring, retaining, developing and promoting them while meeting the organization’s requirements simultaneously. This 2-day program will provide the learners some exposure to the necessary skill and knowledge for talent recognition, management, retention and development

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
