AI Chatbots are software applications powered by artificial intelligence that simulate human conversation through text or voice interactions. They are commonly used in customer service, websites, messaging apps, and more, providing instant responses to user inquiries without human intervention.

With advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, modern AI chatbots can understand context, handle complex queries, and even personalize conversations based on user behavior. This makes them useful tools for improving efficiency, engagement, and user experience across various industries.

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
