People can change so the biggest asset for you will always be your people. It does not matter what you provide to your customer, either a product or a service, ultimately it will be your people that can put you ahead of competitors. They can make your performance better either from price and cost standpoint, quality, lead time or your service level expectation. 

Therefore, you need to invest and equip them with the right skills and tools. Develop them with that sense of ‘business’ urgency. Not only they see the future but they must know how to get your organization there. A vision without action is a daydream, while action without a vision is a nightmare.

Facilitated by Master Black Belts, this course trains and certifies the employees that will directly participate in Six Sigma projects. Our training develops enhanced problem-solving skills and teaches you to apply the lean approach and statistical methods for process improvement.

Graphical and Statistical software is a must to expedite and simplify your data analysis and decision making. This program will be conducted either by using SigmaXL or Minitab (upon your selection).

​Open-Book Exam/Quiz will be conducted on the last day of the program.

Anyone who has a drive to change, be it: Executive, Specialist, Engineer, Manager or Head of Department from Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, HR, Service/Process Owner, Maintenance, Warehouse, Logistic, After-Sale Service.

This is a ​8-days programme schedules as follows:

1. First session (4-day) – Intro/Define/Measure
2. Second session (4-day) – Analyze/Improve/Control

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
