Facilitated by Master Black Belts, this course trains and certifies the employees that will directly participate in Six Sigma projects. Our training develops enhanced problem-solving skills and teaches you to apply the lean approach and statistical methods for process improvement.

Green Belt training is ideal for anyone looking to get the most out of their career. Improving the quality of processes and experiences has long been effective within all industries and environments. Employees trained in Six Sigma effectively improve customer satisfaction and consistently increase profitability. Much of a Green Belt Certified individuals responsibilities are to manage small scale project while also supporting Black Belts in larger endeavors.

On completion of this course, each delegate will be able to:

• Understand the basics of lean thinking and six sigma
• Learn how lean sigma can benefit your organization
• Identify the ideologies of lean and different type of wastes
• Participate as an active member in lean events
• Understand the DMAIC process and lean to use tools for each phase
• Apply proficiency to analyze and gather data
• Understand problem solving, continuous improvement of processes, and change management to guarantee smooth operations
  

Module 1 : Define Phase           
The define phase is the first phase of Lean Sigma improvement process and it is all about describing the problem and           setting the project goal.

             - Elements of waste

Module 2 : Measure Phase            
The main activity in the measure phase is to define the baseline. 
            - Process discovery 
            - Six Sigma statistics 
            - Measurement System Analysis 
            - Process capability

Module 3 : Analyze Phase           
The main activity in the analyze phase is to identify the potential root cause of the problem and arrive at the actual root cause. 
           - “X” Sifting 
           - Inferential statistics 
           - Introduction to hypothesis testing 
           - Hypothesis testing normal and non-normal data 

Module 4 : Improve Phase   
The main activity in the improve phase is to determine the solutions for the problem identified. 
            - Process Modeling Regression 
            - Advanced Process Modeling 
            - Designing Experiments 

Module 5 : Control Phase            
​The main activity in the control phase is to control the improved process. 
           - Advanced Experiments
           - Capability analysis 
           - Lean controls 
           - Defect controls 
           - Statistical Process Control (SPC) 
           - Six Sigma control plans

Lean Sigma Green Belt is designed for anyone interested in business performance development.

This is a ​5-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
