Our Zero Loss Analysis Workshop focused on developing your performance management mind-set to compare current performance versus a theoretical perfect state: no acceptable level of failure, no poor quality, no breakdowns, no delays, no wastes, no complaints, etc. All these activities were carried out, in order to reduce manufacturing cost. Similar to Zero-Defect mindset, this program focused on stretching you to perfection.

The concept is based on a simple question: if you could remove all the wastes of time, money and resources from an activity – making it zero-based – what cost savings would that return to the organization. Might sound impossible, but the zero loss provides the organization with direction and resolute.

With zero loss approach, anything that can prevent an organization from making a perfect product with a perfect process contributes to a loss of cash flow. It works by stratifying those losses into “bite-size” and within the employee sphere of influence.

On completion of this course, each delegate will be able to:

This is a 2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
