This Cost Reduction Techniques & Negotiation Skills Training is designed to equip professionals with practical tools to drive cost savings within their organizations. Participants will explore key cost reduction strategies, focusing on identifying and minimizing losses in areas such as materials, processes, and overhead. The program also delves into cost avoidance techniques, benchmarking against industry standards, and implementing lean production principles for more efficient operations.
Participants will learn to analyze cost drivers and inefficiencies across various areas such as materials, processes, and operations. By understanding different cost reduction tools and techniques like Lean Production and Design for Manufacturing (DFM), they will be better equipped to manage and minimize operational costs within their organizations.

This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
