This training program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the 7QC Tools and how they can be effectively applied in quality control. The inclusion of practice exercises and group activities ensures active participation and hands-on experience. The session on preventive measures emphasizes the importance of proactive approaches to quality improvement. This course is designed for engineers, QC personnel, technicians, leaders who responsible for production quality problems and implement a basic, proven problem-solving methodology.

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
