FMEA is process of early identification of potential failure of a process/product, analyse the severity of the effect to customer/next process. If the failure mode analysed with severe risk, the organization shall take action to eliminate/prevent it from occurrence.

This interactive and practical course introduces the principles behind the FMEA techniques and explains how they can be applied at each stage of product and process development. This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
