FMEA is process of early identification of potential failure of a process/product, analyse the severity of the effect to customer/next process. If the failure mode analysed with severe risk, the organization shall take action to eliminate/prevent it from occurrence.

FMEA is a defect prevention and waste reduction tool, a well-developed and analysed

FMEA can help to reduce cost of poor quality resulting from process/product changes.

This interactive and practical course introduces the principles behind the FMEA techniques and explains how they can be applied at each stage of product and process development. It will provide delegates with a basic knowledge of the FMEA methodology, how to apply it to product and process design, and demonstrates how the results of the FMEA are used to define the requirements for:

• The guideline and methodology of FMEA analysis technique
• An effective product validation plan
• An effective control plan for the manufacturing process.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
