RCA is often used in various industries like manufacturing, healthcare, software development, banking and others to prevent problems from recurring and to improve processes by tackling their underlying causes.
The essence of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) lies in identifying the fundamental or underlying causes of problems or issues rather than just addressing their symptoms. RCA is a systematic approach to problem-solving that seeks to understand why problems occur.
The program is designed to give an overview towards Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and using the right tools to make informed decision on the Corrective Action and therefore leading to Preventive Actions in order to avoid recurrence.

This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
