Design of Experiments (DOE) is a structured, scientific method used to determine the relationship between factors affecting a process and the output of that process. It allows businesses and researchers to study multiple variables at once, rather than testing them individually, saving time and resources while delivering more reliable insights.
By carefully planning and executing experiments, DOE helps identify which factors significantly impact performance, quality, or efficiency. This approach not only highlights key variables but also reveals interactions between them, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions for improvement.
DOE is widely applied in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, and services to optimize processes, reduce variability, and enhance product quality. It is a valuable tool for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives like Six Sigma and Lean.
To enable the delegate to be able to:
Provide participants with necessary analytical tools and method
Learn how to use designed experiments to achieve desired results
How to be effective and efficient continual improvement proponents
