The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), Code of Conduct establishes standards to ensure that working conditions in the electronics industry or industries in which electronics is a key component and its supply chains are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically.
RBA leads to work with buyers & suppliers to deliver improvements in responsible and ethical business practices in global supply chains. RBA composes of four pillars are Labour, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics
At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
Understand the RBA requirements
Acknowledge the correlation between RBA and other standards and regulatory requirements
Understand and review the gap between current process against the RBA requirements
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
