Control, implementation and development of documentation and records provide the foundation of a quality management system. It also provides the evidence of compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• describe the record and change control procedures
• list the regulatory requirements for documentation
• discuss the requirements of a device history file and the device master record
• explain the elements of quality system documentation requirements
• list the objectives of the role quality system documentation

• Section 3:  Embed Responsible Business Conduct into policies & management system in accordance to GRI (Global Reporting Initiatives)

This is a 1-day programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
