This course aims to provide understanding of the principles and practices of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Management System auditing and impart practical training on RBA auditing skills.
esponsible Business Alliance (RBA) Internal Auditor training enables you to develop the necessary expertise to perform Process Approach methodology Management System audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Understand the requirements of RBA
Improve the skill of auditing
Evaluate their organisation’s status with regard to RBA implementation
Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditor.
Plan and conduct an audit in accordance with RBA audit plan of the company
Undertake audit reporting, including writing factual & value-added non-conformity reports
Undertake audit follow up activities, including evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action/s
Section 1: General Interview with the company RBA representative and team
Section 2: Audit principles, preparation and launching of an audit
Section 3: Conduct mock audit
Section 4: Closing the audit
Top management, management representative, management system committee, engineers, internal QMS / EMS / OSH MS auditors.
This is a 1 or 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
