A responsible and motivated workforce is the foundation of any successful production environment. This training program is designed to help employees not only understand their roles better but also develop the right mindset and skills to thrive in a competitive and quality-driven workplace.
Through interactive activities, role plays, and practical case studies, participants will strengthen their sense of responsibility, improve their motivation, and learn simple yet effective ways to stay emotionally resilient during challenges. The program also emphasizes better teamwork and communication, ensuring smoother workflow and stronger workplace harmony. By the end of the 2-day program, participants will be better equipped to take ownership of their tasks, support one another as a team, and consistently deliver quality outcomes aligned with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. This will lead to higher productivity, improved morale, and a more responsible workforce.

Designed for supervisors, managers, and department heads to build leadership, decision-making, and strategic skills, line workers and production staff to instill responsibility, motivation, resilience, compliance, and teamwork in line with RBA Code of Conduct principles.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
