The Customs Legislation has been significantly amended which will take effect on the 1st of January 2020.
Customs Procedures have been amended with the introduction of the new Customs Regulations 2019 replacing the previous Customs Regulations 1977.
Among the topics covered will be the latest modifications, such as those to the Customs Act 1967, various tax exemptions and incentives provided by Customs Department and the import & export procedures to ensure that businesses can conduct without interruptions in an orderly and efficient way.
