This course aims to prepare participants with a sound understanding of the fundamental principles in Supply Chain & Logistics Management. Participants will acquire the skills and competencies related to the operational, financial and quantitative tools and techniques that are widely applicable in the Supply Chain & Logistics functions.  This course is based on 80 % lecture and 20%  Case study workshop to resolve daily Supply Chain Logistics operation problems. Participants will also benefit from the expertise of the well-trained and qualified trainer.

This course is designed for experienced supply chain purchasing personnel and others who deal with sourcing, purchasing, logistics and operations.

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
