Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) have seen a growth in interest from the corporate community in recent years. Investors are increasingly looking for funds that offer environmental, social, and governance factors, which enhance the value of any organization's performance. This introductory course reviews the key motivations behind the increased awareness of ESG and the risks and challenges this presents. They are the tools that can be used as the specific and measurable sets of criteria and factors to evaluate companies on how far advanced they are in sustainability. Sustainable factors across the value chain are different from one organization to another, throughout their business operation and product lifecycles. This course provides an overview of an ESG framework and how it supports business sustainability success.
This course provides an overview of an ESG framework and how it supports a company’s overall risk management. It examines each component in detail and provides insight into how they converge to impact a company and its stakeholders.
The course also discusses how to look at corporate pressures & stakeholder expectations and their impact on risk identification and business success.
On completion of this program, each delegate will be able to:

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
