This ESG Intensive Learning Workshop is designed to address the growing significance of Environmental, Social, and Governance factors in shaping corporate strategies.
In recent years, stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees, have increasingly focused on the broader impact of organisations beyond financial performance. For HR professionals, this means championing sustainable labour practices, driving diversity and inclusion, and ensuring ethical governance. This workshop aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of ESG principles and their strategic implications for sustainable and responsible HR practices.to succeed in the long term.
By the end of the 2-day workshop, learners would be able to:
Understand the fundamentals of ESG through a human resources lens.
Evaluate the impact of ESG on organisational performance, specifically regarding talent retention, culture, and employee engagement.
Integrate ESG into decision-making processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, retention, and off boarding).
Develop ESG procedures and policies aligned with modern, ethical labour practices.
Engage stakeholders and partners with ESG concepts internally to foster an application-focused environment.

This training is mainly for HR and people-related professionals—such as HR managers, HR executives, HR business partners, talent and L&D teams, employee relations practitioners—as well as leaders and managers who oversee people and culture.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
