Practicing mindfulness in teamwork enhances emotional intelligence, strengthens relationships, and fosters a culture of patience and understanding.
This interactive and engaging team-building program is designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and commitment within teams through a mix of experiential activities, discussions, and reflective exercises.

This course is suitable for mid- to senior-level executives and managers across diverse industries.
This course runs from 8:00am – 8:30pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much activities as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
