A Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Training is designed to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equality. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will gain insights into recognizing unconscious bias, embracing different perspectives, and cultivating an environment where everyone feels respected and heard. By building inclusive cultures, organizations can drive innovation, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall performance.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Enhance understanding of diversity and inclusion concepts.
Develop cultural awareness and sensitivity in the workplace.
Identify unconscious biases and learn strategies to mitigate them.
Foster inclusive communication and collaborative practices.
Equip participants with tools to create an equitable workplace culture.

This training designed for mid-senior level executives who would like to further develop themselves, their teams and organisation by embracing diversity, equality, and inclusion. To equip them with the tools, knowledge and buy-in towards meaningful, practical allyship.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
