Effective communication is at the core of successful leadership. The ability to convey ideas, inspire others, and navigate complex interactions is crucial for leaders in any organization. "Enhancing Communication Skills for Leadership" is a comprehensive training program designed to empower individuals with the tools and techniques necessary to become adept communicators and influential leaders.

This training focuses on honing both verbal and non-verbal communication skills, emphasizing the nuances of language, tone, and body language that contribute to impactful leadership. Participants will explore the strategic use of words, the art of active listening, and the importance of empathy in fostering positive connections with team members and stakeholders.

This course will show the participants how the most effective communication utilizes the inclusive leadership language of Interpersonal, Influence, Courage, and Humility and guide the leader on how to use constructive manner and skills for communication. 

Through sharing the right communication mode, participants will learn strategies to enhance their communication skills and approach by:

• Examine how to enhance personal leadership skills
• Improving organizational and leadership communications
• Choosing to communicate with moral intention
• Recognizing the influence of messages

This course is for Management Professionals, Team Leaders - prospective, new or experienced, and Supervisors all professionals, and who needs to develop and improve their interpersonal skills

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
