This 2-day workshop is designed to help instil positive work culture, promote cohesiveness among the staff, and create a harmonic work environment. In line with the corporate philosophy, the learners will appreciate the five essential mind-sets which provide fundamentals involved to becoming effective and magnetically attractive leaders. Through practical applications, the learners will gain credibility in dealing with their superiors, peers and subordinate

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
