In today’s fast-paced and competitive environment, supervisors are expected to do more than just manage day-to-day tasks — they are key drivers of efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement. This 2-day program equips supervisors with the critical skills needed to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and lead their teams effectively toward higher performance and productivity.
Participants will explore proven methods of continuous process improvement, such as root cause analysis, standardization, waste elimination, and visual management. This workshop is for Department Heads, Executives, Officers, Supervisors, and others whose duties include supervision of a group of subordinates.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
