Corporate English in Hospitality Management is designed to empower professionals with the language skills needed to excel in a competitive, customer-centric industry. 
Common barriers to professional communication in English include limited vocabulary, unclear pronunciation, and lack of confidence, which can lead to misunderstandings. Cultural differences, incorrect grammar, and ineffective listening skills also hinder smooth interactions in hospitality settings.

  • Session 7: Cross-Cultural Communication in Hospitality
  • Session 8: Upselling & Recommending Services
  • Session 9: Professional Body Language & Non-Verbal Communication
  • ​Session 10: Final Role-Play & Action Plan
The program is suitable for stall-level hospitality employees, effective communication is essential since they often serve as the first point of contact for guests.
This is a ​2-days programme.
​

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
