Cultural differences play a powerful role in shaping how quality control (QC) is understood and applied across countries. From the U.S.’s focus on individual responsibility and innovation, to Germany’s precision mindset, Japan’s culture of continuous improvement, South Korea’s structured efficiency, and China’s fast-paced adaptability, each nation’s unique values bring both strengths and challenges to ensuring quality in both established and emerging industries. This 1-day program will provide the overview of how each manufacturing giants see quality, enhance their effectiveness, and capitalize on their efficiency. It will also explain the various challenges from the perspective of their uniqueness.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to analyze and compare how cultural values influence quality control practices in different countries—specifically the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and China—identify the strengths and limitations of each approach and apply culturally informed strategies to enhance QC effectiveness in global production and emerging industry contexts.

This program is particularly directed to senior management and middle management.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
