DMAIC, an acronym for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, is a powerful methodology rooted in the principles of Lean Six Sigma.
It serves as a structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
All along in each phase in the DMAIC process, a group of basic problem-solving tools is line up to help you to achieve the phase deliverables. The deliverables ensure that the problem is well understood, specific and measurable. Well defined problem will enable focused investigation of root causes rather than broad trial and error approach. Everything is data driven. Therefore, achieving deliverables in each phase of DMAIC guarantee you higher success of solving your problem. When you've completed this course, you'll be proficient in the Lean Six Sigma fundamental tools in DMAIC and will see how DMAIC can effectively guide and support process improvement teams in your organization.
The overall objective of this course is to help you effectively guide and support teams engaged in a process improvement project intended to help your organization perform better. After completing this course, you should be able to:

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
