The Seven Quality Control (7 QC) Tools are time-tested, proven problem-solving techniques. The renowned Quality Guru, Mr. Kaoru Ishikawa once said, “More than 95% of the problems in a company can be solved by the 7 QC Tools.”

This course is designed based on problem-solving techniques through PDCA Cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Act, the Quality Guru, Deming, who advocated PDCA Cycle.

​The 7 QC tools prescribed in this course are the fundamental techniques used at the different stages in the PDCA cycle. This course focus on practical understanding of the 7 QC Tools which include application of tools, construct of graphs, analyze and resolve the quality issues.

The course is designed with various exercises to enhance the understanding and application of tools.

This is a 7 hours Remote Online Training Programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm each day with periodic short breaks. This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible.
