How do we manage them? How do we keep them for our use and references? Whether your organization is certified to ISO or not, essential information is to be documented and controlled. Information, be it document or record, is part and parcel of business operation, without which an organization cannot survive.

This is a 7 hours Remote Online Training Programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with periodic short breaks. This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible.
