In today’s fast-paced business environment, effective coaching and mentoring are critical skills for middle and top-level managers to enhance employee performance, foster growth, and drive organizational success. This workshop equips participants with the techniques, tools, and frameworks needed to develop their teams, nurture talent, and build a culture of continuous improvement. By honing these skills, managers can inspire their teams to achieve personal and organizational goals more effectively.

This course is designed for Middle and Higher-Level Managerial Staff.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
