Effective team leaders play a critical role in the workplace by guiding their teams toward organization’s success. They are responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that team members synergize effectively between different units, between team members and achieve the team's goals.

​This two-day workshop is designed to provide the participants with techniques and skills to enhance their effectiveness as supervisors​.

Supervisory Training

At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

This programme is tailored for any individuals from junior executives to managers’ level seeking to improve their skills in managing a team or unit.

This is a 2-days programme.

​This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
