Empathy is a core emotional intelligence competency that allows individuals to understand and respond to the emotions, perspectives, and challenges of others. In organizational settings, empathy strengthens collaboration, supports inclusive leadership, improves service delivery, and diffuses conflicts before they escalate.
This 2-day immersive course deepens participants’ understanding of empathy and provides hands-on practice in applying empathetic skills across a variety of workplace interactions. From leadership conversations to team dynamics and customer engagements, the training incorporates real case simulations, emotional awareness activities, and individual reflection to enhance relational effectiveness.
Whether delivered face-to-face or virtually, this course builds empathetic capacity as a tool for stronger communication, improved morale, and a psychologically safe workplace culture.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

This is a 1 or 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
